Generally used for oil injection screw air compressor oil content requirements are not more than 3ppm after oil content treatment outlet compressed air residual oil (oil content does not exceed 3mg/m3)。Air compressor outlet air oil content is usually called large fuel consumption, commonly known as running oil, is a headache that has long plagued manufacturers, sellers and users, and is one of the most common fault phenomena。If the air compressor runs oil, in addition to polluting the post-treatment equipment, it will also affect the quality of the products produced by the user, and even lead to different degrees of damage to some production equipment。
So how to determine whether the machine has a high fuel consumption？In my opinion, we should start from the following aspects:
1, first exclude the appearance of the pipe fittings of the machine without oil leakage or oil seepage phenomenon。
2, whether the oil level of the machine has dropped significantly, observe the oil level indicator line to compare in the same working environment, such as the same load 7bar pressure, whether the oil level changes before and after the time or whether there is a difference in the oil level after 10 minutes of shutdown。
3, for the machine with its own water separator, sample from the water separator drain, put the water in a clean container (cup or mineral water bottle) and precipitate for about five minutes, and then observe whether there is a spot or oil film oil gathered on the surface of the container。In general, when viewed against the light, there are only a few thin colorful oil flowers. Before settling, the sampled water may be milky white, which is normal。For the machine without a water separator, the drainage status of the gas storage tank can be observed, and whether the discharged water brings out more oil compared with the previous normal situation。
Through the above aspects, we can basically determine whether the machine has a large fuel consumption problem。
